Yoga

An ideal class for either experienced or first time participants. Prepares the body for the spiritual path via physical and breathing exercises whilst focusing on developing strength, endurance and correct body alignment, in addition to flexibility and relaxation.

Hatha Yoga

This class involves 30 minutes of body conditioning, strengthening and toning all the major muscle groups. This is followed by 30 minutes of Hatha Yoga, deeply stretching all the major muscles and relaxing tension. The class ends with a short relaxation. Strength & flexibility – a great combination.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a unique blend of dynamic Hatha for alignment and Ashtanga flow for heat, flexibility, strength and stamina. This faster paced yoga class keeps you focussed on your breathing, moving quickly through your yoga poses, increasing flexibility & strength.

Yoga Fusion

A transformational experience efficiently programmed into a 45 minute class that is fuelled by music and designed to shift your energy and improve overall wellbeing. The class uses Tai Chi movements and stretching to move energy and produce a state of inner calm and balance, as well as a combination of yoga asanas that raises the body’s heat and increases cardio endurance and intense core functional training taken from Pilates to strengthen and tone the core.
