Here at Caversham Health & Fitness we are proud to offer one of the most unique and comprehensive timetables available in Berkshire, offering a wide range of classes that can meet the needs of every member.

  • Fitness Classes CHFAerobic - Are you looking for a hot sweaty workout or a major calorie burn? Jump into one of our high energy classes such as Spin.
     
  • Conditioning - Want to tone up? Why not try one of our fantastic strength and toning classes such as Conditioning or Pump.
     
  • Escape - Stressed? In need of relaxation? We have an extensive range of yoga, pilates and purestretch classes.

FitSteps ™ The UK's newest dance fitness programme created by Strictly Come Dancing stars to tone and sculpt using dance tehniques INSANITY Are you ready for the most heart-pumping, muscle shredding, sweat-dripping, high intensity cardio workout? P90X P90X LIVE is total-body strength and cardio conditioning Legs, Bums and Tums A classic class loved the world over for it's ability to increase fitness, whilst making you look great! HIIT The Floor HIIT The Floor is a high-intensity workout Pilates Pilates works on many different levels to re-educate your body's movement patterns targeting deep postural muscles, re-balancing and bring the body into correct alignment. DanceFit Dancefit class with the awesome Nickie Hogg. Having fun, getting fit, learning some new moves and meeting great people. Come & join us. Dancefit classes every Friday @ 11:45am & 6pm. Barre Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. Spin The ultimate calorie burner!! Spin offers various different journeys to give you the ultimate cardio workout with fast results. Stretch/Pilates Reduce your chance of injury and improve your range of movement as you work through a 45 min sequence of stretches whilst focusing on the core muscles for postural stability. Yoga Prepares the body for the spiritual path via physical and breathing exercises whilst focusing on developing strength, endurance and correct body alignment, in addition to flexibility and relaxation.
