Come and join our amazing instructor, Diane, for her new, upbeat and fun Barre Conditioning class this Thursday at 6.15pm!

Barre Conditioning has risen in popularity over the last few years and it’s the perfect class to improve posture, muscle definition and core strength using a combination of postures and movements inspired by Pilates and functional training.

The class, which is suitable for all levels of fitness (also suitable during pregnancy), is low/no impact and may incorporate hand-held weights, squish balls, fitness bands and other tools and focuses on high reps and a small range-of-motion.

Barre has a wide array of benefits such as being kind to the joints, tendons and ligaments, gives you a greater range of motion to benefit other activities/sports and is fantastic for body sculpting from head to toe.

When choosing what to wear, think Yoga/Pilates clothing and don't worry about footwear. The class is best experienced either barefoot or with grippy socks!
