Come and join Jo in a series of light hearted monthly yoga workshops which will help to develop your practice beyond the confines of the shorter weekly class.
The workshop will look at postures and breath work in greater depth and explore different variations within the postures to suit individual needs and work on specific areas of the body. You do not need vast experience, beginners are most certainly welcome, please just come along with an open mind and it will take your practice further. The class will finish with a deep relaxation to send you homeward bound relaxed, restored and transformed.

Non-members who attend the workshop will receive a free 3 day gym pass to try all the classes and facilities that we have to offer at Caversham Health & Fitness.
