Body Combat

A transformational experience efficiently programmed into a 60minute class that is fuelled by music and designed to shift your energy and improve overall wellbeing.
Box Fit
The use of body weighted exercises alongside boxing, leaves you feeling not only exhausted but also with the Rocky theme tune ringing in your head!

Circuit Training offers the perfect blend of cardio training mixed with strength exercises in a high energy environment.

Core Cruncher

This workout method takes the basics of Kettlebells and puts it in to an exercise class. Great for increasing strength and muscle tone.
Legs, Bums & Tums

Yoga
