The ultimate calorie burner!! Spin offers various different journeys to give you the ultimate cardio workout with fast results. Beginners require an induction but all classes are suitable for all levels as you work to your own level and simply take guidance from our expert instructors.

Want to give spinning a try?

Beginners Spin takes place every Wednesday at 6.15pm and every Thursday at 12:30pm.  During this short class our instructor will show you how to set up and use your bike and you can get to grips with the basic spinning moves.
