Why use a Personal Trainer?

  1. Your PT can bring you the latest exercise techniques, integrating them into a personalised programme designed specifically for YOU.
  2. They will help prevent over training and burnout by designing a structured, systematic and progressive exercise program geared towards achieving your individual goals.
  3. Correct exercise technique is critical to maximising results and minimising injury, a good PT is always aware of his/her clients' posture, position and correct movement pattern.
  4. Our Personal Trainers possess a thorough understanding of different modes of exercise and will vary the workout depending on their clients' state of mind.
  5. Your PT is an educator, motivator and communicator. Each session will enhance your knowledge of exercise and teach you how your body responds to the demands placed upon it.
  6. Your PT offers a variety of value added services ranging from structured assessments (i.e body fat composition, postural alignment, injury rehabilitation) and 30/60 minute individual and small group sessions.

All our PT's hold personal liability insurance and are qualified to REPs level 3 (the highest industry standard).
