Opening Hours

NORMAL OPENING TIMES:
Please note these opening times reflect the opening hours for the gym and fitness areas within Caversham Health and Fitness.  Please note that some areas (e.g. CHF Therapy and CHF Kids) have different opening times.

Please note that the gym and fitness areas are for members only. Membership can be purchased for either peak or off-peak rates. Peak members can use the gym at any time.  Access for off-peak members is restricted from 6.00 - 16.00 during the week. Should you wish to access the club after this time then our standard charge of £3 is payable on entry. Weekends are classed as off-peak.
