Group PT - A session tailored to you. Your instructor will challenge you and show you what they can offer.
Legs, Bums and Tums - Upbeat floor exercises designed to target your lower body muscles.
Core Cruncher - Get those abs crunching and work towards a flatter stronger stomach and lower back.
Beginners Spin - Increase your cardio fitness and burn fat using a static bike.
Creche is open until 13.15 for babies and children up to 9.
