PROFILE
I have always enjoyed fitness so when I decided to leave the RAF I wanted to do something I was really passionate about. Having left a world of long hours and shift work I understand the daily stresses of juggling work, life and fitness, it can all be so hectic.
I believe combining nutrition and fitness can really make a difference.
Running is a big love of mine, at the moment I do half marathons with a goal to doing a full marathon in the future. I also enjoy walking my dog and am a keen snowboarder.
Exercise should be fun and interesting and I focus on each individuals needs in order to get the best results.
