PROFILE
Kevin has been with Caversham Health and Fitness for over 4 years and got into his role through his love of sports - mainly playing rugby union in the national leagues with Blackheath RFC and at an international level with Ireland U18s.
Clients will benefit from Kevin’s individual skills and knowledge to allow for optimal participation in their chosen activity or sport.

Learn to like it, love it, nurture it, everything else (weight loss, strength and fitness) will be a by-product of that.
TIP FOR NUTRITION
Stay hydrated all the time. Your body is 50-60% water. Drinking 8 glasses a day helps your body to function properly also when you are dehydrated your attention and concentration can decrease by 13% and short term memory by 7%. Again drinking 8 glasses a day helps to improve your concentration.
