FAVOURITE QUOTES
Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it. ~Plato
I like nonsense. It wakes up the brain cells - Dr. Seuss

PROFILE
I thrive on a challenge and have extensive experience in motivating people to reach and exceed their goals.
I enjoy all kinds of exercise for example, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, running and I am always looking to push myself further. I regularly take part in 10km races, and am looking forward to once again completing the Reading Half Marathon. My latest conquest was completing the Hellrunner event – a gruelling all-terrain course which challenged both the body and mind.
Whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, get fit for a race, want a new challenge or simply want a push I can help you.

TIP FOR FITNESS
Keep challenging yourself, both in body and mind. Don’t allow yourself to get stuck in a rut, exercise should be fun and effective, if it is not, it’s time for a change.

TIP FOR NUTRITION
If you get peckish between meals snack on things like dried fruits, nuts and seeds. A handful is enough. These are much better than sugary snacks as they provide a natural source of energy.
Never exercise on an empty stomach, your body needs fuel to function, you wouldn’t drive a car with no fuel so don’t do it to your body.
Don’t deprive yourself of the things you love, everything in moderation is my motto!
