Boot Camp is running on Thursday and Saturday mornings taken by Caroline and is a fantastic way to help you get into a routine of regular exercise.
Run like a circuit class combining running, interval training and lots of varied exercises using weights and bodyweight exercises to work towards goals of weight loss, increasing cardiovascular efficiency, and increased strength.
It may be called Boot Camp but it’s not run like a military training session - it’s a fun class designed to help you work harder than you might on your own.
