Hot Stone Therapy (1hr 15 mins) ....................................................... £60.00

Hot stone massage is a specialised massage which uses smooth heated stones.  The heat is deeply relaxing and helps tight muscles release. Treatment takes approx 1 hour 15 mins including consultation. Ask for Lisa.

Indian Head Massage (45 mins) .........................................................£30.00

Indian Head Massage is used to release tension which has accumulated around the head and neck area. It is used for relieving stress tension, insomnia headaches and migraines.  The experience is deeply calming and relaxing leaving you feeling energised and revitalised.

 

Aromatherapy Massage

Back, Neck and Shoulders (30 mins)............................................... £25.00

Aromatherapy is a gentle healing treatment which consists of a light massage and essential oils which can be tailored to each individual. These oils get absorbed into the blood stream and into the lungs.

 

Hopi Ear Candles (30 mins) .............................................................. £20.00

An ancient natural therapy which is excellent for relieving conditions such as excessive ear wax, sinusitis, headaches, rhinitis and snoring.
