'I’ve been fascinated by fitness for over 12 years now, starting off watching one too many action movies as a child and finding idols in sports stars!

Over this time I have researched into most elements of fitness and tried my hand at most types of sport, looking in to how I can improve my game in each.

As well as discovering what I can do to make the body move and function better, I have also love the idea of being able to re-shape somebody and help them lead happy, confident and healthy lives.

Besides helping people achieve their physical goals, I’m equally as enthusiastic to help others achieve what they might not have thought possible.'
